A key part of our Deanery Ministry Plan is the development of Local Leadership Teams in every church community across our Diocese. These plans have been developed over the past 12-18 months and were carefully looked at during our Deanery Special meeting in November 2010. Following that meeting further revisions have been made and the PCC in each parish has now been asked to consider these proposals and submit their feedback by the end of March 2011 so that the proposals can be considered at the Deanery Synod meeting in May 2011.
